隧道波纹钢装配式初期支护结构施工技术研究 被引量:18

摘要 软弱破碎岩区山岭隧道的岩体结构面发育,整体强度低、自稳能力差,需要在开挖后快速施加初期支护结构。新型波纹钢装配式初期支护结构具有方便施工、受力性能好等特点,可以克服型钢及格栅钢架等支护结构存在的问题。本文以云南省澄川棋盘山隧道为依托,结合波纹钢初期支护实际施工情况,总结形成了山岭隧道波纹钢装配式快速初期支护结构施工技术;开展波纹钢装配式初期支护结构的施工全过程的三维动态数值模拟,结合实际监测情况,探究了开挖过程对隧道、土体的影响,补充完善了支护结构施工关注要点;结合波纹钢初期支护结构的性能特点,分析了多种施工工法的适用性差异,验证了波纹钢初期支护结构的优越性,为波纹钢初期支护结构的施工和工程推广提供了支撑。 Mountain tunnel needs to pass through the area of weak broken rock which has developed structural plane,low strength and poor self-stability,so initial support shall be applied immediately after excavation.At present,the initial support is insufficient and the prefabricated initial support of corrugated steel has the characteristics of convenient construction and good mechanical performance,which can solve the existing problems.Basing on the Qipanshan tunnel in Yunnan Province,the construction technology of corrugated steel assembly type rapid initial support structure for mountain tunnel is summarized and formed combining with the actual construction situation of corrugated steel initial support;and the three-dimensional dynamic numerical simulation of the whole construction process of corrugated steel prefabricated preliminary support structure is carried out,which truly and effectively simulates the dynamic influence of the excavation process on the tunnel and soil mass;Combined with the performance characteristics of corrugated steel initial support structure,the applicability differences of various construction methods are analyzed,and the superiority of corrugated steel initial support structure is verified,which provides support for the construction and engineering promotion of corrugated steel initial support structure.
