公众意愿视角下的掩土建筑发展潜力分析 被引量:2

Analysis on the Development Potential of Earth Covering Architecture from the Perspective of Public Willingness

摘要 掩土建筑因其冬暖夏凉,节约地表空间,提高土地利用集约度特点在人类开发利用地下空间资源过程中占据着重要地位。本文从掩土建筑的优缺点、选址、结构、施工工艺等方面,通过多轮网络问卷,从公众意愿的视角研究了我国掩土建筑未来发展的方向及潜力。研究结果表明:我国社会不同层次人群对掩土建筑的认知程度不一,对其未来发展方向有所偏重。结论:我国公民受个人经历、文化水平、地域差异等相关因素的影响,对于掩土建筑的认知存在一定的差异,但就总体情况而言,大力发展绿色环保的掩土建筑已成为公众的共识,若能科普地下空间相关知识,掩土建筑会有很好的发展前景。 Because of its characteristics of warm winter and cool summer,saving surface space and improving land use degree,earth cover buildings play an important role in the process of human development and utilization of underground space resources.Based on the advantages and disadvantages,site selection,structure and construction technology of earth-cover buildings,this paper studies the future development direction and potential of earth-cover buildings in China from the perspective of public will through a multi-round network questionnaire.The results show that people at different levels of our society have different perceptions of earth-cover buildings,and they are partial to their future development direction.Conclusion:Influenced by personal experience,cultural level,regional differences and other related factors,there are some differences in the perception of earth-cover buildings among Chinese citizens.On the whole,it has become a common understanding of the public to vigorously develop green earth-cover buildings.If we can popularize the knowledge of underground space,earth-cover buildings will have a good development prospect.
