摘要 随着地铁建设步伐的加快,在线路建成投入使用后,运营安全即成为头等大事,积极开展地铁防汛风险评估是十分必要的。本文从地铁防汛方面,对运营期地铁线路及车站防汛风险评估做进一步阐述,根据地铁自身特点及其与周边自然条件、防汛设施的相关关系,进行风险因素识别,评估各风险因素的危害等级及其发生概率,对应相应标准的风险评价指标,判断各评估对象的防汛风险等级,根据风险评估结果,结合实际情况,最终提出相应的防汛风险对策及措施。研究以南京地铁S7号线为例,开展地铁沿线防汛风险评估,并提出针对性防汛应对工程措施、非工程措施及管理完善措施,指导防洪防涝工作,确保地铁汛期正常运营,保障公共交通安全畅通。 With the acceleration of metro construction,operation safety becomes the top priority after the line is completed and put into use.It is necessary to carry out the flood prevention&risk assessment of metro actively.In this paper,from the flood prevention of metro,flood prevention&risk assessment of metro in the operating period further.According to the characteristics of metro and its relation with surrounding natural conditions and flood prevention facilities,it identif the risk factors,assess the hazard rating of each risk factor and the probability of occurrence.Corresponding to the standard of risk evaluation indexes,judging flood risk grade of each appraisal object according to the risk assessment results,combined with the actual situation,finally the corresponding flood risk countermeasures and measures.Taking Nanjing metro Line S7 as an example,it carr out flood prevention&risk assessment along the metro line,also puts forward corresponding engineering measures,non-engineering measures and improvement measures of management for flood prevention.So as to guide flood control and waterlogging,to ensure normal operation of metro during flood season,to guarantee the safety and smooth of public transportation.
