摘要
选取辽宁省鞍山市中学教师作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法探讨中学教师职业压力与情绪劳动的关系.研究结果表明,中学教师职业压力在性别、婚姻、年龄、教龄、教学科目上存在显著差异;中学教师情绪劳动在学历上存在显著差异;中学教师职业压力与情绪劳动存在显著正相关关系,其6个因子中的5个因子与情绪劳动呈显著正相关.中学教师要科学抗压,提高情绪管理能力,达到身心健康和素质提升.
The middle school teachers in Anshan,Liaoning Province were selected as the research objects to explore the relationship between occupational stress and emotional labor of middle school teachers through questionnaire survey.The results show that the occupational stress of middle school teachers has significant differences in gender,marriage,age,teaching age and teaching subjects.There are significant differences in emotional labor regarding the educational background of middle school teachers.There is anobvious positive correlation between occupational stress and emotional labor,and the five dimensions of occupational stress of middle school teachers are all correlated positively with emotional labor.Therefore,middle school teachers should resist pressure scientifically,improve their emotional management ability to achieve physical and mental health as well as quality improvement.
