摘要
当社交媒体在沟通协作、知识管理与学习成长等方面发挥积极作用时,社交媒体依赖给大学生带来了诸多负面影响,学习拖延是其中主要的负面行为表现之一。运用多元回归分析方法探究社交媒体依赖对大学生学习拖延行为的影响,发现大学生社交媒体使用依赖能够导致学习拖延行为的产生。此研究为缓解大学生学习拖延行为、引导大学生合理使用社交媒体提供了实践借鉴与指导。
While social media plays a positive role in communication,collaboration,knowledge management,and learning and growth,social media dependence also brings many negative issues to college students,with academic procrastination being one of the main negative behaviors.Therefore,this paper specifically explores the impact of social media dependence on college students’academic procrastination behavior based on multiple regression analysis.The paper finds that college students’dependence on using social media can leads to academic procrastination behavior.This research provides practical references and guidance for alleviating college students’academic procrastination behavior and guiding them to use social media reasonably.
