针灸治疗软组织损伤选穴规律探究

Study on the Principles of Acupoints Selection in Treating Soft Tissue Injury By Acupuncture

软组织损伤是临床的常见病,其引起的严重疼痛和功能障碍影响人们的健康和生活品质。针灸作为中国的传统医学,因其有疗效确切、起效迅速、疗程较短、疗法简便等特点,被广泛应用于急慢性软组织损伤的治疗。笔者搜索CNKI中文数据库,查询针灸治疗软组织损伤的选穴规律,主要分为近端取穴、远端取穴。其中近端取穴主要是指阿是穴;远端取穴中有循经远端取穴、平衡针、腕踝针、董氏奇穴理论等等理论指导,还有一些特定穴的特殊功效。

Soft tissue injury is a common disease in the world, and the serious pain and dysfunction caused by the soft tissue affect peopleundefineds health and quality of life. Acupuncture, as a traditional medicine in China, is widely used in the treatment of acute and chronic soft tissue injury due to its features of exact curative effect, quick effect, short course of treatment, simple treatment and so on. The author searched CNKI Chinese database and inquired about the rule of selecting acupoints for the treatment of soft tissue injury by acupuncture, which was mainly divided into near-end acupoints and far-end acupoints. Among them, the near-end acupoint selection mainly refers to ashi points;the far-end acupoint selection has theoretical guidance such as the long-end acupoint selection following the meridian, the balance needle, the wrist-ankle acupuncture, the theory of Dong’s extra-ordinary points and so on, as well as the special functions of some specific acupoints.
