高效液相色谱法测定白术须根中白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ含量 被引量:8

Content Determination of Atractylenolides Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ in Fibrous Root of Atractylodes macrocephala by High-performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 目的测定白术须根中白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Agela Venusil XBP C18(L)色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);甲醇-0.05%磷酸水(70%∶30%)等度洗脱;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL/min;白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅲ检测波长:220nm,白术内酯Ⅱ检测波长:276nm。结果白术须根中白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的平均含量分别为0.0260%、0.0379%、0.0633%。结论在白术须根的综合开发利用中,白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ可作为指标成分。 Objective To investigate the content of atractylenolidesⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢin fibrous root of Atractylodes macrocephala.Methods High-performance liquid chromatography was performed on an Agela Venusil XBP C18(L)column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with a mobile phase of methanol-0.05%phosphoric acid(70%∶30%)for isocratic elution,at a column temperature of 30℃,a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and a detection wavelength of 220 nm for atractylenolidesⅠandⅢand 276 nm for atractylenolideⅡ.Results The content of atractylenolidesⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢwas 0.0260%,0.0379%,and 0.0633%,respectively,in fibrous root of Atractylodes macrocephala.Conclusion AtractylenolidesⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢcan be used as index components in the comprehensive development and utilization of fibrous root of Atractylodes macrocephala.
