合肥市2017年严重急性呼吸道感染住院病例流感病毒检测结果分析

Influenza virus detection results of hospitalized cases of severe acute respiratory infection in Hefei City in 2017

目的了解合肥市严重急性呼吸道感染(SARI)住院病例流感病毒感染情况。方法收集2017年1~12月合肥市哨点医院SARI病例咽拭子标本,采用实时荧光RT-PCR方法开展流感病毒核酸检测。结果监测住院SARI病例333例,其中儿内科254例(占76.28%);2~14岁SARI病例最多,占全年监测病例总数的62.46%;流感病毒核酸阳性病例45例,阳性率为13.51%,其中H3阳性病例30例、甲型H1N1阳性病例2例、H7N9阳性1例、乙型流感阳性病例12例。结论合肥市严重急性呼吸道感染住院病例以儿童为主,流感病毒感染以甲型H3为主。

Objective To understand the influenza virus infection of hospitalized patients with severe acute respiratory infection(SARI)in Hefei City.Methods From January to December 2017,throat swabs of SARI cases in Hefei sentinel hospital were collected and Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect influenza virus nucleic acid.Results A total of 333 SARI cases were monitored,254 cases(76.28%)were in pediatrics department.The most cases of SARI were 2-14 years old,accounting for 62.46%of the total cases monitored throughout the year.There were 45 influenza virus nucleic acid positive cases,the positive rate was 13.51%,including 30 positive cases of H3,2 positive cases of H1 N1 Influenza A,1 positive case of H7 N9,and 12 cases of Influenza B.Conclusion Children cases of severe acute respiratory infection in Hefei City,and influenza virus infection was mainly Influenza A H3.
