10 kV交联聚乙烯电缆原理及其结构分析

摘要 交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆具有良好的电气及抗腐蚀性能,其安装简单、运维方便,在10 kV配电网得到广泛应用;但其一旦出现故障,检修查找难度也很大。结合运行工作实际,对10 kV交联聚乙烯电缆的电气原理及其结构进行分析和研究,以期规范电缆运行维护工作,降低故障率,供配电网运管、施工单位参考。 Cross linked polyethylene(XLPE)cable has good electrical and anti-corrosion performance,its installation is simple,operation and maintenance are convenient,and it is widely used in 10 kV distribution network.However,once it breaks down,it is also very difficult to find and repair.In this paper,combined with the actual operation,the electrical principle and structure of 10 k V cross-linked polyethylene cable are analyzed and studied in order to standardize the operation and maintenance of cable to reduce the failure rate for the reference of distribution network transportation and construction units.
