线路树障引起越级跳闸事故的原因分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasure of Grade-skip Trip Accident Caused by Tree Barrier of Transmission Line

阐述一起因线路树障断路器保护装置板卡烧坏引起的越级跳闸事故,依据跳闸前运行方式和实际保护动作逻辑分析,此次事故的根本原因是断路器保护板卡损坏后没有被巡视发现及线路通道清理留有死区等,并提出相应的对策,建议今后建立保护装置板块故障后发告警信号,以便及时更换,消除保护死区。

This article describes a grade-skip trip accident caused by burnout of a circuit breaker protection device board for a tree barrier,according to the logic analysis of the operation mode before the trip and protection action,the root cause of the accident is the switch damage was not apparent to patrol and dead zones left in line channel cleaning,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,that the protection plate could send alarm after failure for timely replacement and eliminate dead zone.
