摘要
近年来宿州光伏、风电等新能源发电的快速发展,对缓解电力紧张、改善电力结构、节约能源和保护环境等均具有重要意义。研究了一种基于曲线拟合理论的风电用三电平逆变器的功率损耗计算方法,推导出用于分析计算导通损耗和开关损耗的表达式,用MATLAB的m语言编程建立了两种拓扑损耗计算模型,通过模型画出二极管NPC三电平拓扑和Conergy NPC三电平拓扑功率损耗关于不同参数的曲线,并对两种拓扑功率损耗情况做了分析比较,得出在一定条件下,Conergy NPC拓扑比二极管NPC拓扑效率高的结果。
In recent years,the rapid development of new energy generation such as photovoltaics and wind power in Suzhou has important significance for alleviating power shortage,improving power structure,saving energy and protecting the environment.In this paper,a power loss calculation method for three-level inverters for wind power based on curve fitting theory is studied.The expressions used to analyze the calculation of conduction loss and switching loss are derived.Two kinds of topological loss calculation models are established by m language programming of MATLAB.The diode NPC three-level topology and Conergy NPC three-level topology power loss are drawn by the model.Regarding the curves of different parameters,the two topological power loss cases are analyzed and compared.Under certain conditions,the Conergy NPC topology is more efficient than the diode NPC topology.
