携手澳新与太平洋岛国开展经济合作的经验探讨

Cooperating with Australia and New Zealand,Building a Shared Economic Future with Pacific Island Countries

由于历史原因,澳大利亚和新西兰以及南太平洋岛国大多为英联邦的成员国或联系国,大洋洲已经独立的国家,除澳大利亚、新西兰外,均为发展中国家,都面临着发展民族经济的历史任务。近年来,随着中国与太平洋岛国经济合作的扩大与深入,澳大利亚和新西兰感到不安甚至抵触。鉴于南太平洋地区是澳大利亚、新西兰和太平洋岛国的共同市场,中国在大洋洲地区与太平洋岛国的经济合作,应联合澳新,才好开创合作共赢的模式。

Due to historical reasons,Australia,New Zealand and the South Pacific island countries are mostly members of the Commonwealth or associated countries,and the independent countries in Oceania.Except Australia and New Zealand,they are all developing countries,who are facing the historical task of developing national economy.In recent years,with the expansion and deepening of economic cooperation between China and Pacific island countries,Australia and New Zealand have become uneasy and even contradictory.In view of the fact that South Pacific Region has become the common market for Australia,New Zealand and Pacific island countries.China-Pacific Island Countries should join hands with Australia and New Zealand to create a model of win-win cooperation in their economic cooperation in Oceania.
