18F-THK5317 PET检测不同严重程度阿尔茨海默病患者脑中tau蛋白的分布 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨18F-THK5317PET显像初步检测不同程度阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者脑内tau蛋白的分布部位。方法:选择9例AD患者及5例健康对照组行18F-THK5317 PET/MR显像,采用视觉分析方法评价显像剂在AD患者及健康对照组脑内的分布部位。结果:AD组和健康对照组性别、年龄构成及受教育水平均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但两组间的MMSE评分具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与健康对照组比较,轻度AD患者tau蛋白主要滞留于海马、颞叶(上回、中回、下回及颞极);中度AD患者tau蛋白主要滞留于海马、颞叶、顶叶(楔前叶、中央后回)、枕叶及额叶(上回、中回、下回);重度AD患者tau蛋白广泛滞留于大脑皮质。结论:不同程度AD患者脑内tau蛋白的分布部位不同,符合Braak病理分级。 Objective To explore the distribution of tau protein in the brain of Alzheimer’s disease patients by 18F-THK5317 PET imaging.Methods 9 AD patients and 5 healthy controls underwent 18F-THK5317 PET/MR imaging,visual analysis was used to evaluate the distribution of imaging agents in the brains of AD patients and healthy controls.Results No significant difference in sex,age composition and education level between AD group and healthy control group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in MMSE score between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with healthy control group,tau protein in mild AD patients mainly deposited in hippocampus,temporal lobe(superior gyrus,middle gyrus,inferior gyrus and temporal pole);tau protein in moderate AD patients mainly deposited in hippocampus,temporal lobe,parietal lobe(precuneus,precentral gyrus),occipital lobe and frontal lobe(superior gyrus,middle gyrus,inferior gyrus)and severe patients with AD deposited Tau protein in widespread cortical areas.Conclusion The distribution of tau protein in different severity of Alzheimer’s disease is different,which is in accordance with Braak’s stage.
