甲状腺细针穿刺细胞学检查与BRAF基因V600E联合检测对甲状腺结节的临床诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺细胞学检查(FNAB)与丝/苏氨酸特异性激酶(BRAF)基因V600E联合检测对甲状腺结节的临床诊断价值。方法:2018年3月至2019年10月本院收治53例甲状腺结节患者,术前分别行FNAC检查和BRAF V600E基因突变检测,将结果和术后病理诊断进行比较。结果:术前FNAC与BRAF基因检测的符合率为90.57%,灵敏度为93.94%,均高于单独的FNAC或BRAF基因检测(均P<0.05)。两者联合检测的灵敏度也高于单独的FNAC或BRAF基因检测(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺结节术前行FNAC与BRAF基因联合检测可提高术前诊断率。 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAB)combined with serine/threonine-specific kinase(BRAF)gene V600 E mutation detection for thyroid nodules.Methods:Included in this study were 53 patients with thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital between March 2018 and October 2019.Before operation,FNAC and BRAF V600 E gene mutation detection were performed.The results were compared with postoperative pathological diagnosis.Results:Preoperative FNAC combined with BRAF gene detection yielded a coincidence rate of 90.57%and a sensitivity of 93.94%,which were higher than that of FNAC or BRAF gene detection used alone(bothP<0.05).The sensitivity of the combined detection was also higher than that of FNAC or BRAF gene detection alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of FNAC and BRAF gene mutation detection before thyroid nodule surgery may improve the preoperative rate of diagnosis.
