中药香槟方对腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of a Chinese herbal recipe,Xiangbin Prescription,on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopy-assisted radical resection of colorectal cancer

目的:探讨中药香槟方对腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术后胃肠功能恢复的影响及其机制。方法:收集2015年3月至2018年6月本院胃肠外科住院治疗的腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术后患者179例,随机分为香槟方组(n=91)和安慰剂组(n=88),比较两组患者血浆胃动素(Motilin)和胃促生长素(Ghrelin)水平、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间。结果:术后3 d、7 d,香槟方组血浆Motilin、Ghrelin水平均显著高于安慰剂组(均P<0.05)。两组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:中药香槟方促进腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术后胃肠功能恢复,可能与调节胃肠激素水平有关。

Objective:To investigate the effect of a Chinese herbal recipe,Xiangbin Prescription(XBP),on gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopy-assisted radical resection of colorectal cancer and its mechanism.Methods:A total of 179 patients undergoing laparoscopy-assisted radical surgery of colorectal cancer in our hospital between March 2015 and June 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into the XBP group(n=91)and the placebo group(n=88).The two groups were compared for plasma motilin and Ghrelin levels,time to recovery of bowel sounds,and time to anal exhaust.Results:The plasma motilin and Ghrelin levels in the XBP group were significantly higher than those in the placebo group at 3 and 7 days after surgery(bothP<0.05).There was no significant difference in time to recovery of bowel sounds and time to anal exhaust between the two groups(bothP>0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese herbal recipe XBP may promote gastrointestinal function recovery after laparoscopy-assisted radical surgery of colorectal cancer,possibly via regulation of gastrointestinal hormone levels.
