康复新液在腮腺部分切除术后涎瘘的临床应用

摘要 目的:观察康复新液在腮腺部分切除术后涎瘘的临床应用效果。方法:选取我院60例腮腺部分切除术后涎瘘患者,按照治疗方法分组,实验组30例,参照组30例。参照组予以单纯加压包扎,实验组予以康复新液浸泡+加压包扎。对比两组涎瘘愈合时间、治疗3 d后、治疗5 d后、治疗7 d后、治疗9 d后创面分泌物情况、肉芽生长情况。结果:实验组涎瘘愈合时间短于参照组(P<0.05);治疗7 d后、治疗9d后实验组创面分泌物评分低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗5 d后、治疗7 d后、治疗9 d后实验组肉芽新鲜度评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液浸泡+加压包扎治疗腮腺部分切除术后涎瘘,可减少创面分泌物,促进肉芽组织生长,加快涎瘘愈合。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of salivary fistula following partial parotidectomy.Methods:Sixty patients who developed salivary fistula following partial parotidectomy in our hospital were included in the study.According to the treatments,they were assigned to the study group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group received pressurized bandaging alone,and the study group was given Kangfuxin liquid-soaked gauze and pressurized bandaging.The healing time of fistula and granulation growth were compared between the two groups at 3,5,7 and 9 days of treatment.Results:The healing time of fistula in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 and 9 days of treatment,the study group presented lower scores of wound secretions compared with the control group(P<0.05).At 5,7 and 9 days of treatment,the scores of granulation freshness in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of salivary fistula following partial parotidectomy,Kangfuxin liquid-soaked gauze+pressurized bandaging may reduce wound secretions,promote growth of granulation tissues and accelerate healing of the salivary fistula.
