利培酮联合团体心理治疗对首发精神分裂症患者增效作用

Synergistic effect of risperidone combined with group psychotherapy on patients with first-episode schizophrenia

目的:分析评估利培酮联合团体心理治疗对首发精神分裂症患者的增效作用及其临床价值。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年6月佛山市第三人民医院收治的72例首发精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各36例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,研究组在利培酮治疗的基础上予8周的团体心理治疗。治疗8周后,采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)进行评分,并比较两组患者药物治疗依从性、复发率。结果:研究组治疗后PANSS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者药物治疗依从性好于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯利培酮治疗相比,利培酮联合团体心理治疗增效作用明显,可更加有效地改善首发精神分裂症患者阳性、阴性、病理症状及焦虑情绪,提高药物治疗依从性,降低再复发率,提高患者生活质量水平。

Objective:To analyze the synergistic effect and clinical value of risperidone combined with group psychotherapy on patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods:Included in this study were a total of 72 patients with first-episode schizophrenia admitted to Foshan Third Hospital between January 2018 and June 2019.The subjects were randomly divided into control group and study group(n=36 each).The control group was treated with risperidone alone,and the study group received 8 weeks of group psychotherapy in addition to the risperidone treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,the both groups were evaluated using the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),and World Health Organization quality of life measurement(WHOQOL-BREF)scores.The treatment compliance and the recurrence rate in the two groups were compared.Results:At 8 weeks after group psychotherapy,the study group presented significantly lower PANSS and SAS scores(P<0.05),and higher WHOQOL-BREF score(P<0.05),compared with the control group(P<0.01).The patients in the study group was more compliant and showed lower rate of recurrence rate than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with risperidone alone,risperidone combined with group psychotherapy results in significant synergistic effect,which can relieve the positive,negative,pathological symptoms and anxiety moods of patients with first-episode schizophrenia more quickly and effectively,enhance the compliance of patients to drug treatment,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve the quality of life.
