环保酵素特性成份及微生物种类初步研究 被引量:6

Preliminary study on characteristic components and microbial species of environmental protection enzymes

摘要 主要以发酵完成后的环保酵素、发酵1年的环保酵素、食用酵素、刺梨酒为实验对象,通过其在促进植物生长方面的作用,测定其细菌、放线菌、霉菌的数量和放线菌的种类,分析放线菌种群结构和酵素中生长因子化学成分及含量,探讨酵素类产品用作植物生长改良肥料的的微生物和化学基础。其中环保酵素中微生物形态多样性较为丰富,微生物数量较刺梨酒中含有量多;刺梨酒中的吲哚乙酸含量最高,其原因为刺梨原材料中生长素的含量较高,各酵素中的吲哚乙酸含量差别不大,酵素较玉米发酵液中的(IAA)含量(4 mg/L)高;各实验样品均达到了生物菌肥(2.5~50 mg/L)的范围,环保酵素中各离子及酸根离子含量测定结果表明酸根离子硝酸根的含量为4.03 mg/L、硫酸根为851 mg/L,氯离子的含量较高,但筛选到的各离子的与生长素的机制尚有待于进一步研究。 In this study,newly-produced environmental protection enzymes,one-year-old environmental protection enzymes,edible enzymes and Rosa roxburghii wine were used as the experimental objects. The number of bacteria,actinomycetes and molds,and the types of actinomycetes were measured. The population structure of actinomycetes and the chemical composition and content of growth factors in the enzymes were analyzed. The microbiological and chemical basis of enzyme products as improved fertilizer for plants were discussed. The results showed that,environmental protection enzymes were rich in microbial diversity,and the number of microorganisms in environmental protection enzymes was more than that in Rosa roxburghii wine. The content of indoleacetic acid in Rosa roxburghii wine was the highest,while that in enzymes had little difference. The content of IAA in enzymes was higher than that in corn fermentation broth(4 mg/L). Each experimental sample had reached the range of biological fertilizer(2.5 mg/L to 50 mg/L). The content of ions in environmental protection enzymes was as follows: nitrate ion 4.03 mg/L,sulfate ion 851 mg/L,and the content of chloride ion was high. The mechanism of the ions and growth factors needs further study.
