从文化自觉看黄河文化传承传播的路径

黄河文化是中华优秀传统文化的“根”与“魂”。文章以黄河国家文化公园建设为契机,在文化自觉视角下对黄河文化传承与传播价值进行解读,突出黄河文化传承传播的必要性。路径建设方面,以社会学想象力理论与法治保障为基础,运用现代科学技术,利用新媒体推广平台,挖掘并讲好“黄河故事”。宏观上,强调政府主体责任,推进社区黄河文化建设工作,加强黄河文化传播力度。微观上,将黄河文化纳入国民教育体系,发挥行业组织宣传作用,扩大公众参与,以促进传承传播达到实效。

The Yellow River culture is the"root"and"soul"of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Taking the construction of the Yellow River National Cultural Park as an opportunity,this paper interprets the value of the Yellow River culture inheritance and dissemination process from the perspective of cultural consciousness,and highlights the necessity of the Yellow River culture inheritance and dissemination.In terms of path construction,based on the theory of sociological imagination and the guarantee of the rule of law,modern science and technology are used,and new media promotion platforms are used to excavate and tell the"Yellow River Story"well.Macroscopically,it emphasizes the main responsibility of the government,promotes the construction of the Yellow River cultural community,and strengthens the dissemination of the Yellow River culture.Microscopically,the Yellow River culture is incorporated into the national education system,the propaganda role of industry organizations is brought into play,and public participation is expanded,so as to promote the inheritance and dissemination to achieve practical results.
