乡村要振兴:生态建设必先行

The Ecological Construction Must be Taken the Lead for the Revitalization of Rural Areas

随着扶贫攻坚任务的胜利完成,乡村振兴也就很自然地提到议事日程。要做好乡村振兴,就必须为之打下坚实的基础,农业不振兴,就没有乡村的振兴;没有农业植根的生态系统,农业振兴也将无从谈起。为此,乡村要振兴,生态建设需先行一步。历史上,中华民族曾是优秀的农耕文明创建者和维护者,仅是近两个世纪以来,西方列强以工业文明的方式冲击、封闭,甚至直接打压中国,才导致中国优秀传统农业的失范,并留下诸多生态后遗症。乡村振兴不仅要解决旧的生态问题,还必须认真考量新的生态问题,以及规划新的生态建设目标、路径与方法。生态建设先行一步,不仅顺应生态文明建设的需要,同时也在为乡村振兴夯实自然环境和人文社会环境的基础。

With the successful completion of the task of poverty alleviation,rural revitalization will naturally be on the agenda.To do a good job in rural revitalization,we must lay a solid foundation for it.If agriculture is not revitalized,there will be no rural revitalization;without an ecological system rooted in agriculture,agricultural revitalization will be impossible.For this reason,if the village is to be rejuvenated,ecological construction needs to be taken first.Historically,the Chinese nation was the creator and defender of excellent farming civilization.Only in the past two centuries,Western powers used industrial civilization to attack,close,and even directly suppress China,which led to the anomie of China’s excellent traditional agriculture,and left many ecological sequelae.Rural revitalization must not only solve old ecological problems,but also seriously consider new ecological problems,and plan new ecological construction goals,paths and methods.Ecological construction takes the lead,not only to meet the needs of ecological civilization construction,but also to lay a solid foundation for the natural environment and the humanistic and social environment for rural revitalization.
