文章以新技术、新材料、新设备为输变电工程设计创新管理的主要切入点,结合输变电工作设计策划、初步设计、施工、现场施工、竣工验收等阶段,实行不同阶段输变电工程设计创新管理,以此不断优化工程设计方案。

This paper takes new technology,new materials and new equipment as the main entry point of design innovation management of transmission and transformation engineering.Combined with the design and planning,preliminary design,construction,site construction,completion acceptance and other stages of power transmission and transformation work,the design innovation management of power transmission and transformation projects at different stages is implemented,so as to optimize the project design plan continuously.
