摘要
目前光缆套管制造(套塑)的主流形式为纤膏+PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)套管结构。当光缆受外力作用时,纤膏能起到缓冲外力,保护套管内光纤的作用,同时将光纤密封保护在套管中,以防光纤被空气中潮气侵蚀发生OH基吸收。针对传统针管注射纤膏工艺的不足,从工艺角度提出一种新型免针管裹油工艺方案。从技术原理、模具结构、成品性能及材料缩减等多方面对该工艺方案进行了详细探讨和分析,有效论证其在套塑生产中应用的可行性和合理性。
At present,the main form of optical cable tube manufacturing(secondary coating)is fiber compound+PBT tube structure.When the cable is subjected to external force,the fiber compound can buffer the external force and protect the optical fibers in the tube.At the same time,the fiber compound seals and protects the optical fiber in the tube to prevent OH-based absorption of optical fibers from being eroded by air moisture.In view of the shortcomings of traditional needle-tube injection fiber compound process,a new needle-free compound-wrapping process in secondary coating is proposed from the point of view of technology.The process plan is discussed and analyzed in detail from the aspects of technical principle,die structure,finished product performance and material reduction,and the feasibility and rationality of its application in the production of secondary coating are effectively demonstrated.
