毫米波同轴电缆工艺性能一致性研究

摘要 只有均匀的毫米波射频同轴电缆才能保证毫米波射频信号的高质量传输。为了提高毫米波同轴电缆工艺性能的一致性(即电缆电压驻波比),将影响电缆性能一致性的因素(电缆尺寸偏差和绝缘介电常数波动)与电压驻波比的数学关系作为研究对象,通过建立相互关系的数学表达,再以65GHz毫米波同轴电缆为实例进行仿真分析、研究,最终指出电缆工艺性能一致性的主要提升方法。由此,在保证毫米波同轴电缆满足基本性能要求前提下,提高了不同批次产品之间的工艺性能一致性,使其在军工电子元器件领域获得更广泛的应用。 Only uniform millimeter wave radio frequency(RF)coaxial cable can ensure the high quality transmission of millimeter wave RF signal.In order to improve the consistency of millimeter wave coaxial cable process performance(i.e.cable voltage standing wave ratio),the mathematical relationship between the factors(cable size deviation and insulation dielectric constant fluctuation)that affect the consistency of cable process performance and the voltage standing wave ratio is taken as the research object.First,the mathematical expression of the relationship is established,and then the 65 GHz millimeter wave coaxial cable is used as an example for simulation analysis and research.Finally,the main methods to improve the consistency of cable process performance are pointed out.Therefore,on the premise of ensuring that the millimeter wave coaxial cable meets the basic performance requirements,the consistency of process performance between different batches of products is improved,and it is widely used in the field of military electronic components.
