中药天然产物抗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)研究进展

Research Progress of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (COVID-19) from Natural Products of Traditional Chinese Medicine

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者往往表现出"寒、热、虚、实、表、里、阴、阳"中的多个表象,因此中药处方将根据机体的不同表象及其诊断结果进行调药遣方,体现出"中药-药对-经方-处方"的用药形式。各地推荐的新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)中药处方以解表、祛湿、祛痰、清热、理气为主,辅以和解、泻下、温里、补益等经典方剂,在疾病的不同阶段进行辨证施治。分析各地推荐处方和相关文献,新方法与新技术大量应用于中药科学的现代化研究,充分描述了中药"多成分-多靶点-多途径-多网络"的作用特点,同时也极大地丰富了传统中医药的科学内涵,推动了中医药事业的发展。但是,中药"多成分-多药味-多通路-多网络"的复杂性本质依然存在,本文分析了部分中药抗COVID-19的相关文献,试图结合其实际应用,整合出中药天然产物抗COVID-19的作用规律,对后续实验研究、临床应用和新药开发提供有益借鉴。另外,中医药是个宝库,从中筛选并发掘出少量结构独特且具有抗COVID-19活性的天然产物,结合化学合成技术和成药性评价方法,将为抗病毒药物的开发,尤其是抗COVID-19的新药开发提供有益参考。

Patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)often show many appearances in"cold,heat,deficiency,solid,surface,interior,yin and Yang".Therefore,the prescription of Chinese medicine will be adjusted according to the different appearances and diagnostic results of the body.The recommended novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)prescriptions are mainly based on the following aspects:relieving exterior,removing dampness,eliminating phlegm,clearing away heat and regulating qi,supplementing with classical prescriptions such as reconciliation,purgation,warming,and nourishing.Based on the analysis of the recommended prescriptions and related literature,new methods and new technologies are widely used in the modern research of traditional Chinese medicine science,which fully describes the functional characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine"multi-component,multi-target,multi-channel and multi-network".At the same time,it greatly enriches the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine and promotes the development of Chinese medicine.However,the complex nature of traditional Chinese medicine"multi-component,multi flavor,multi-channel and multi network"still exists.This paper analyzes the relevant literature on anti-covid-19 of some traditional Chinese medicine,and attempts to integrate the anti-covid-19 action law of natural products of traditional Chinese medicine combined with its practical application,so as to provide useful reference for subsequent experimental research,clinical application and new drug development.In addition,traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure house,from which a small number of natural products with unique structure and anti-covid-19 activity are screened and dug out.Combined with chemical synthesis technology and drug evaluation method,it will provide beneficial reference for the development of antiviral drugs,especially the development of new anti-covid-19 drugs.
