新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)以迅猛之势正在全球范围内传播。该病毒主要侵染人的肺部,造成呼吸功能障碍,急转的细胞因子风暴,可对全身组织器官产生严重损伤。其超长的潜伏期和强大的传染性,使该病毒导致的感染总人数和死亡总人数都相当惊人。面对这场来势汹汹的新型病毒入侵,各国纷纷加紧探索有效的治疗策略。现阶段,预防和治疗用特效药的研发成了这次战役能否尽快取得胜利的关键。目前这类药物的研发主要都是在生物技术药物的范畴内展开。因此本文综述了新型冠状病毒的预防和治疗用生物药研究的最新进展,希望能够有助于我们在整体上了解目前抗疫药物研发线路,并能从中习得经验或者吸取教训。

The novel coronavirus(COVID-19)is spreading around the world.This virus mainly infects people’s lungs causing respiratory dysfunction.A sudden cytokine storm caused by COVID-19 can lead to severe damage of tissues and organs.Its long incubation period and strong infectivity make the total number of infections and deaths quite alarming.To deal with this aggressive virus,many countries have stepped up to explore effective treatment strategies.At present,developing new effective drugs is the key to the victory of this battle as soon as possible.The development of such drugs is mainly carried out in the field of biotechnology drugs.Therefore,this paper summarizes the latest progress in the research of biological drugs for the prevention and treatment of novel coronavirus,hoping to help us understand the current development routes of anti-epidemic drugs on the whole,and learn from them.
