摘要
为了加强对水泥生料配料环节的质量管控,提高生料合格率,创新性地提出基于中子活化元素分析仪检测下的水泥生料配料系统的设计方案。结合生产工艺、原料及指标约束等条件,为水泥生料配料系统建立数据模型;应用中子活化元素分析仪实时在线检测物料的元素种类和含量;通过智能优化模块和反馈调整模块计算出最优的配比结果。中子活化分析仪检测数据具有实时性,为水泥生料配料系统快速调整配方提供了依据,解决了传统生产方式由于化验不及时导致调整配方滞后的问题。该技术已在多个水泥厂得到应用,运行稳定可靠,各项质量合格率指标保持在90%以上,满足了质量管控要求,提高了水泥生产质量,具有较高的推广价值及广阔的应用前景。
In order to strengthen the quality control of cement raw material batching and improve the qualified rate of raw material,the design scheme of cement raw material batching system based on the detection on the neutron activation element analyzer was innovatively put forward.According to the production process,raw materials and index constraints,a data model was established for the cement raw material proportioning system.Neutron activation element analyzer was used to detect the element types and contents of materials online in real time.The optimal proportioning result was calculated through an intelligent optimization module and a feedback adjustment module.The detection data of neutron activation analyzer has real time characteristics,which provides a basis for the quick adjustment of the formula of cement raw meal batching system,and solves the problem of the lag of the adjustment of the formula caused by the untimely test in the traditional production mode.The technology has been applied in many cement plants,and the operation is stable and reliable.The raw material qualification rate keeps above 90%,which meets the quality control requirements and improves the cement production quality.It has high popularization value and broad application prospects.
