摘要 目前矿用防爆电气系统大都聚焦于局部设计,无法保证系统安全性、可靠性,且应用场景受到局限。结合贵州某实际矿用防爆全断面硬岩掘进机(TBM)的防爆电气系统设计需求,提出集成配电系统、导向系统、安全监控系统于一体的整体设计方案。在配电系统中,考虑功率因数、需要系数、损耗等因素,计算视在功率,确定变压器规格;在导向系统中,优选适用于小半径TBM的激光靶导向系统,精确计算掘进方向;在安全监控系统中,设计有害气体监控系统、扩音电话系统和视频监控系统,保障本质安全。结合TBM掘进过程分析,强调了系统应用中需要注意的问题。经投入使用,系统在贵州某矿山总体运行良好,配电系统稳定、控制系统可靠、变频驱动负载平衡好。 At present,most mine explosion-proof electrical systems focus on local design,which cannot guarantee system safety and reliability,and their application scenarios are limited.According to the design requirements of explosion-proof electrical system of an explosion-proof tunnel boring machine(TBM)used in a mine in Guizhou,an overall design scheme integrating power distribution system,guidance system and safety monitoring system is proposed.In the power distribution system,considering factors such as power factor,demand factor and loss,the apparent power is calculated and the transformer specification is determined.In the guidance system,the laser target guidance system suitable for small radius TBM is preferred to accurately calculate the heading direction.In the safety monitoring system,harmful gas monitoring system,public address telephone system and video monitoring system are designed to ensure intrinsic safety.Combined with the analysis of TBM tunneling process,the problems needing attention in system application are emphasized.After being put into use,the system runs well in a mine in Guizhou,with stable distribution system,reliable control system and good load balance of variable frequency drive.
