摘要 NM7000B导航设备被多数机场仪表着陆系统采用,但存在接入方式单一、监控通道单一、冗余性不好和可拓展性低等问题。分析NM7000B运行状态监控原理,归纳出传统光纤环网监控系统的局限性,提出一种基于MOXA公司Nport S8458服务器的NM7000B光纤环网监控系统建设方案。系统采用"以太网交换机—光纤接口—串口服务器"集成方案:一是通过串口转以太网传输,实现CI 1748连接板与Nport S8458的连接;二是利用Nport S8458的Turbo Ring和Turbo Chain协议,组成光纤环网,使软硬件组成的系统可以通过RealCom功能实现设备运行状态的自动监控;三是确立TCP Client与TCP Server的分配关系,对CI 1748连接板与RCA 1750遥控器进行协议匹配。此外,还可充分利用Nport S8458服务器的RJ45端口,将动力环境监控系统、集中视频监控系统、安防系统中的信息资源通过环网传回监控终端。光纤环网监控系统使得接入更多设备乃至构建动环监控系统成为可能,极大提高了监控效率。 NM7000B navigation equipment is adopted by the instrument landing system of most airports,but it has some problems such as single access mode,single monitoring channel,poor redundancy and low scalability.Based on the analysis of NM7000B operation status monitoring principle,the limitations of traditional optical fiber ring network monitoring system are summarized,and a construction scheme of NM7000B optical fiber ring network monitoring system based on MOXA Company Nport S8458 server is proposed.The system adopts the integration scheme of"Ethernet switcher-fiber interface-serial server".Firstly,realize the connection between CI 1748 connecting board and Nport S8458 through the transmission from serial port to Ethernet;secondly,form an optical fiber ring network by using protocols such as Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain of Nport S8458,so that the system composed of software and hardware can realize the automatic monitoring of equipment running state through RealCom function;thirdly,establish the allocation relationship between the TCP client and the TCP server and carry out the protocol matching between CI 1748 connecting board and RCA 1750 remote controller.In addition,one can make full use of the RJ45 port of Nport S8458 server to transmit the information resources in the power environment monitoring system,centralized video monitoring system and security system back to the monitoring terminal through the ring network.The optical fiber ring network monitoring system makes it possible to access more equipment and even to build a dynamic ring monitoring system,which greatly improves the monitoring efficiency.
