交流接触器自动振动检测设备

摘要 研发一套交流接触器自动振动检测设备,实现交流接触器产品振动性能的实时检测。设备由输送模组、检测工位、数据采集分析系统、控制系统等组成。在检测工位中,集成了加速度传感器、压力传感器等装置,并对通电探针、测试状态、防振动泄漏、环境干扰隔离等进行了设计,尤其是为加速度传感器设计了一种弹性簧片,有效保留产品自身的振动,使加速度数据得以有效采集。在数据采集分析系统中,通过快速傅里叶变换(FFT)将时域波形转化为频谱,再根据帕斯瓦尔定理将频谱数据换算为产品振动能量值,与预先设定的阈值相比较,对产品质量进行判断。进行人工检测与机器检测对比,表明机器检测避免了人工检测错判较多的问题,达到了无错判和误判,检测结果更为准确。交流接触器自动振动检测设备符合使用要求,检测的交流接触器产品符合出厂标准,适合在智能制造车间投入使用。 A set of automatic vibration test equipment for the AC contactor is developed to realize the real-time detection of the vibration performance of the AC contactor products.The equipment is composed of conveying module,detecting station,data acquisition and analysis system,control system,etc.In the detecting station,devices including the acceleration sensor and the pressure sensor are integrated,and designs on the electric probe,test state,anti-vibration leakage and environmental interference isolation are performed;in particular,an elastic spring is designed for the acceleration sensor,which can effectively retain the vibration of the product itself,so that the acceleration data can be effectively collected.In the data acquisition and analysis system,the time-domain waveform is transformed into the frequency spectrum by the Fast Fourier Transform(FFT),the spectrum data is converted into the vibration energy value of the product according to the Parseval theorem,and the product quality is judged by comparing with the preset threshold value.The comparison between manual detection and machine detection shows that the machine detection prevents excess wrong judgments in the manual detection,with no wrong judgment and the detection result is more accurate.The automatic vibration detection equipment foe the AC contactor meets the requirements of use,and the AC contactor products tested meet the factory standard,and thus,the equipment is suitable for use in the intelligent manufacturing workshop.
