摘要
并购作为一种行而有效的市场整合手段,存在横向、纵向及横纵混合等多种形式。本文基于多元Hotelling模型刻画物流企业并购机制,理论探索了3阶段4种并购策略下企业的不同收益与效用。研究表明:并购行为在一定区间内有利于提升企业利润、消费者剩余及社会福利。服务质量水平可以提升物流企业服务售价与服务需求量,但其与企业利润存在悖反关系。市场效用区间、消费者效用偏好、企业地理位置以及服务辐射范围等有效市场信息挖掘是发起并购的基础。决策目标决定并购策略。
As an effective means of market integration,the mergers&acquisitions(M&A)was conducted in various forms such as horizontal,vertical,and horizontal and vertical mixing,and so on.The logistics enterprises M&A mechanism was described based on diversified multi-Hotelling model so that different benefits and utilities of enterprises could be explored under the four M&A strategies at three stages from the perspective of theory.The research result is as follows:First,the M&A behavior is benefit for the promotion of company profits,consumer surplus and social welfare.Second,better service quality can bring the logistics company higher service price and service demand,but with no contradictory relationship with company profits.Third,the basis of initiating M&A is to explore effective market information including the market utility range,consumer utility preference,and company geographical location,etc.Finally,the M&A strategies are determined by decisions.
