不同复合碳政策组合对异质性供应链决策的影响分析 被引量:6

Analysis of the Impact of Different Carbon Policy Combinations on Heterogeneous Supply Chain Decision Making

摘要 从供应链碳排放差异以及其对消费者低碳偏好敏感性差异两个角度出发,构建了拥有一个线上直销渠道的制造商和一个零售商的集中决策异质双渠道供应链模型。在考虑碳价、碳税以及补贴等三种不同碳政策复合的情境下,分析复合碳政策组合对异质双渠道供应链的减排效果以及对供应链生产决策的影响。研究发现:随着供应链对消费者低碳偏好敏感度的上升,供应链会由不减排策略转变到减排策略;高排放供应链定价与碳价和碳税税率正相关,低排放供应链定价与碳价和补贴程度负相关;保证相同的减排效果前提下,在碳交易市场环境中对高排放供应链征收碳税同时对低排放供应链进行碳补贴的政策组合能扩大供应链的减排边界,且能节约政府的政策实施成本。另外仿真分析了减排量对供应链决策的影响,揭示出相关管理学启示。 From the perspectives of differences in manufacturer’s carbon emissions and differences in the sensitivity of the supply chain to consumers’low-carbon preferences,a heterogeneous dual-channel supply chain model of centralized decision-making for a manufacturer and a retailer with online direct sales channels is constructed.In the context of carbon price,carbon tax and subsidy,analysis is conducted about the policy effect of different carbon policy combinations on the emission reduction of heterogeneous dual-channel supply chain and their impact on supply chain pricing decisions and profits.It is found that as the sensitivity of the supply chain to consumers’lowcarbon preference increases,the supply chain will change from no emission reduction strategy to emission reduction strategy;high emission supply chain pricing is positively correlated with carbon price and carbon tax rate,while low emission supply chain pricing is negatively correlated with carbon price and subsidy level;under the premise of the same emission reduction effect,the policy combination of levying carbon tax on the high-emission supply chain and providing carbon subsidy to the low-emission supply chain in the carbon trading market environment can expand the emission reduction boundary of the supply chain and save the cost of the government’s policy implementation.In addition,the impact of emission reduction on product price and supply chain profit is simulated and analyzed,which reveals the relevant management enlightenment.
