摘要
通过近十年来西藏自治区地震局人事制度的建设情况为依据,对现有人事制度的广度、时效性和地域特色进行了分析。对比人事制度发展趋势,发现存在一定的特点,但是在制度宣讲、更新、服务等方面有进一步提高的空间。
Based on the construction of the personnel system in the Earthquake Bureau of Tibet Autonomous Region in the past ten years,this paper analyzes the breadth,timeliness and regional characteristics of the existing personnel system.Comparing the development trend of the personnel system,it is found that there are certain characteristics,but there is room for further improvement in the aspects of system publicity,update and service.
