西藏车载地震现场应急通信系统设计

摘要 根据西藏自治区地震局地震应急响应工作发展需要,概要介绍了地震应急指挥车总体设计,对通信系统、中央控制系统、视频会议与语音系统等各工作子系统的主要性能进行了详细阐述。在地震发生后,该系统能有效提高地震部门应对地震灾害和突发公共事件的快速反应能力,辅助相关部门做好地震现场应急救援工作。 According to the development needs of earthquake emergency response work of Tibet Autonomous Region Earthquake Bureau,the overall design of earthquake emergency command vehicle is briefly introduced,and the main performance of each sub-system such as communication system,central control system,video conference system and voice system is described in detail.After the earthquake,the system can effectively improve the rapid response ability of the earthquake department to deal with earthquake disasters and public emergencies,and assist the relevant departments to do a good job in the emergency rescue work at the earthquake site.
