摘要
综述了国内研究、技术人员针对干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘各类检测方法及应用。结合干式电抗器故障过程中存在的温升效应,提出基于无线热点测温法的干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘状态带电诊断方法。制作温升样机、构建仿真计算模型,开展仿真计算、试验模型测温比对,证明该方法的有效性。通过对退运电抗器返厂试验、解体及现场挂网运行形式对该诊断方法进行验证,该方法适用于现场条件下干式电抗器运行状态诊断及重要干式电抗器运行状态实时监测。
This paper reviews the various testing methods and applications for the inter-turn insulation of dry-type air-core reactor by domestic research and technicians.According to the temperature rise effect in the fault process of dry-type reactor,the diagnosis method of inter-turn insulation defect of dry-type air-core reactor based on temperature rise distribution is proposed.lt is proved that the method is effective by making a temperature-rise prototype and simulating calculation model,carrying out simulation calculation and testing model.This method is validated by the test,disintegration and operation of the back-running reactor,which is applicab le to the operation state diagnosis of dry reactor and the real-time monitoring of the operation state of the important dry reactor in the field conditions.
