特高压换流站消防能力提升措施研究

Research on Improvement Measures of Fire Protection Capacity for UHVDC Converter Station

从电力行业近期几起火灾事故来看,提升特高压换流站的消防系统应急能力对保障设备运行安全,挽回财产损失具有重要意义。为此,文中首先分析了以往特高压换流站常规消防系统的组成及功能,并接着阐述了常规消防措施存在的不足,最后从泡沫消防系统、阀厅屋面喷淋降温系统、应急消防车等3个方面提出了特高压换流站消防能力提升的应对措施,基本实现全站消防全覆盖、高机动性的要求,对后续工程建设具有重要的借鉴意义。

From the perspective of several recent fire accidents in the electric power industry,it is of great signifi-cance to improve the emergency ability of the fire protection system of UHVDC converter station to ensure the safetyof equipment operation and recover property losses.For this purpose,this paper analyzes the composition and func-tion of the fire protection system of the UHVDC converter station in the past.And the shortcomings of conventionalfire protection measures are discussed in this paper.Finally,this paper suggests the measures to improve the fire pro-tection capacity of the UHVDC converter station from three aspects:foam fire protection system,valve hall roof spraycooling system and emergency fire truck,basically realizing the requirements of full station fire protection and highmobility.It has important reference significance for subsequent projects.
