摘要 为及时诊断出GIS运行过程中的绝缘缺陷,文中依据变电站巡检机器人与带电检测设备设计了一套变电站GIS局部放电智能巡检定位系统。其中GIS局部放电巡检系统通过特高频智能检测系统对内置式特高频传感器所检测局部放电信号进行采集;之后以无线通信的方式与搭载采集终端的巡检机器人通信,并将相应的数据上传至云端,实现局部放电信号的一次定位和长期跟踪。GIS局部放电定位系统基于GIS的筒型结构、声电信号的频带差、速度差以及定位示波器无线通信功能,采用Labview与MATLAB软件完成局部放电缺陷的声电联合二次高精度定位。试验证明:文中所设计的GIS局部放电智能巡检定位系统具有较高的检测灵活性与定位精度,可以应用于带电检测过程中GIS内部局部放电缺陷的跟踪定位。 To detect the insulation defects existing in the GIS operation process in time,this paper designs a substa-tion GIS partial discharge intelligent inspection and location system based on the substation inspection robot and thelive detection equipment.The GIS partial discharge inspection system acquires the partial discharge signal detectedby the internal UHF sensor through the UHF intelligent detection system,and then communicates with the inspec-tion robot equipped with the collection terminal by wireless communication.Upload to the cloud to achieve long-termtracking of partial discharge signals.The GIS partial discharge location system designs a set of high-precision fastsound and electric joint positioning system through Labview and Matlab,which is based on the GIS cylinder struc-ture,the frequency and speed difference of the acoustoelectric signals,and the wireless communication function ofthe positioning oscilloscope.The experiment demonstrates that the GIS partial discharge inspection and location sys-tem has high detection flexibility and location accuracy,the technique can be applied to the tracking and location ofPD defects inside the electrical equipment during live detection.
