摘要
针对一起HGIS接地开关气室内的自由金属颗粒放电缺陷,应用局部放电联合检测方法进行了综合检测和定位分析。在特高频和超声波局放检测方法下对自由金属颗粒缺陷特征进行了判别,同时结合SF6气体分解产物检测到的特征气体对自由金属颗粒来源进行判断,并基于平分面法原理对自由颗粒缺陷进行了超声波精确定位。停电并进行现场解体检查,发现筒体底部、静触头内等处残留有金属碎屑。结合接地开关结构和金属碎屑成分进行分析,确定了接地开关在动作过程中存在机械磨损是产生自由金属颗粒的根本原因。
This paper presents combined detection and location analysis for a free metal particle discharge defect inHGIS earthing switch by using a combined partial discharge detection method.The feature of free metal particle de-fect is distinguished by using both UHF and ultrasonic partial discharge detection method.The source of free metalparticles is judged by the characteristic gas detected in the SF6 gas decomposition product.The free metal particle de-fect is precisely located by based on bisection plane method.There are lots of metal detritus at bottom of the cylinderand inside of static contact,during Field disintegration examination.Taking the earthing switch structure and metalfragment composition into account,it is determined that the mechanical wear during action process of earthing switchis the fundamental reason for the formation of free metal particles.
