结晶和关键控制点在线测量技术的研究

Case analysis and Research on online measurement technology of the process and key control points in crystallization process

结晶是化工、制药、糖业、轻工等工业生产常用的精制技术,有关结晶过程及过饱和度的在线测量,有不少人做过尝试,这些方法基本都是针对一些特定结晶过程,缺乏通用性,很难广泛使用;文章提出利用在线黏度测量方法,通过对在线黏度的实际使用进行结晶过程实时监控和投料时间的判断,为实现结晶自动化控制提供监测实时数据。

Crystallization is a popular refining technology in chemical industry,pharmaceutical industry,sugar,light industry and other industries.Many people have tried online measurement of crystallization process and supersaturation.These methods are basically aimed at some specific crystallization process,which is lack of generality and difficult to be widely used.In this paper,the online viscosity measurement method is proposed to realize the crystallization process through the actual use of online viscosity monitoring and feeding time judgment can provide real-time monitoring data for automatic control of crystallization.
