马克思主义青年观是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分。本文通过梳理党的十八大以来习近平总书记关于青年成长成才相关讲话、信件、指示等内容,揭示当代马克思主义青年观的理论逻辑、文化逻辑和实践逻辑。进而具体阐述了当代马克思主义青年观中青年大学生的重要地位、成长目标、成才路径和助力其成才的各方力量等主要内容,总结归纳当代马克思主义青年观以贴近青年实际为方向,重视历史传统的传承与发扬,遵循青年大学生成长成才客观规律这三个鲜明特征。当代马克思主义青年观具有重要的时代价值,在理论上其继承和丰富了马克思主义青年观,在实践上其勉励当代青年要立大志、明大德、成大才、担大任,明确了青年大学生成长成才的发展方向和具体要求。

Marxist View on Youth is an important part of Marxist Theory.This paper elaborates on the theoretical logic,cultural logic,and practical logic of contemporary Marxist View on Youth by examining speeches,letters,directives,and other related content concerning youth growth and development of Xi Jinping since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It further elaborates on college students’significant role,growth objectives and paths to success of contemporary Marxist View on Youth.It summarizes that contemporary Marxist View on Youth is characterized by its orientation towards the actual needs of young people,the emphasis on the inheritance and promotion of historical traditions,and adherence to the objective laws governing the growth and success of college students.Contemporary Marxist View on Youth hold significant contemporary value.Theoretically,it inherits and enriches existing Marxist View on Youth,while in practice,it encourages contemporary youth to aspire to great ideals,embody great virtues,develop great talents,and shoulder great responsibilities.It clarifies the development direction and specific requirements for the growth and success of college students.
