高校心理危机干预协同会商机制构建及实现路径研究

Study on the Construction and Implementation Path of a Collaborative Consultation Mechanism for Mental Health Crisis Intervention in Universities

摘要 为深入推进高校学生心理危机的精准识别、科学评估和妥善应对,本文采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法,分析高校心理危机干预协同会商机制的重要意义和关键要素,明确其实现路径。研究发现,通过多部门合作机制和协同会商平台的建设,高校可以实现对心理危机的精准识别和及时干预;机制的具体实施策略包括领导支持与加强资源投入、组建专家指导小组、建立健全危机干预协同会商制度和流程、加强人员培训和能力提升、信息化技术赋能心理危机协同平台建设以及跨校合作与经验分享。 In order to further promote the precise identification,scientific assessment,and appropriate response to psychological crises among college students,this study employs a combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews to analyze the significance and key elements of the collaborative consultation mechanism for psychological crisis intervention in universities,and to clarify its implementation path.The study finds that through the establishment of multi-departmental cooperation mechanisms and collaborative consultation platforms,universities can achieve precise identification and timely intervention for psychological crises;specific implementation strategies include leadership support and resource investment,the establishment of expert guidance groups,personnel training and capacity building,the empowerment of information technology and big data,and interuniversity cooperation and experience sharing.
