“双一流”建设背景下基础学科拔尖创新人才培养质量提升对策研究——以南京理工大学理科实验班为例

Research on the Countermeasures to Improve the Quality of Top-notch Innovative Talents of Basic Subjects under the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction——Taking the“Science Experimental Class”of Nanjing University of Science and Technology as an Example

摘要 本文以南京理工大学理科实验班为例,对近3年理科实验班的实施成效进行了全面梳理和分析研究,实验班学生学业成绩优异、获奖人次多、深造率高、就业质量高,理科实验班育人模式成为基础学科拔尖创新人才培养的有效探索,同时实验班学生存在着心理压力较大、培养质量差异化明显和实习实践参与不够等问题。为进一步优化理科实验班人才培养模式,结合学校“双一流”建设背景及教育教学实际情况,提出了具体对策与建议,包括建立科学的考核机制和评价体系、建设同向同行的育人团队、构建一体化的理论与实践课程体系、全方位关注心理健康教育和加强职业生涯规划指导等,为进一步优化理科实验班的育人模式,提升基础学科拔尖创新人才培养质量提供借鉴。 This article comprehensively reviews and analyzes the implementation effectiveness of the science experimental class at Nanjing University of Science and Technology over the past three years,using it as an example.The students in the experimental class have shown outstanding academic performance,numerous awardwinning achievements,a high rate of further education,and excellent employment quality.The educational model of the science experimental class has proven to be an effective exploration in cultivating top innovative talents in basic disciplines.However,challenges such as high psychological pressure among students,notable differences in training quality,and insufficient participation in internships and practical activities have been identified.To further optimize the talent development model of the science experimental class,taking into account the background of the university’s“Double First-Class”construction and the practical educational situation,specific strategies and suggestions have been proposed.These include establishing a scientific assessment mechanism and evaluation system,building a team of educators with shared educational philosophies,developing an integrated curriculum system that combines theory and practice,paying comprehensive attention to mental health education,and enhancing career planning guidance.These recommendations aim to serve as a reference for enhancing the talent development model of the science experimental class,ultimately improving the quality of cultivating top-notch innovative talents in basic disciplines.
