“人才强农”战略下高校经管类专业实践育人路径探析

Study on Cultivating People with Practice for Universities’Students Majoring in Economics and Management under the Strategy of Developing Agriculture with Talents

人才是推动乡村振兴的重要支撑,是引领乡村发展的不竭动力。在“人才强农”战略下,为提升高校经管类专业学生实践应用能力,满足新时期乡村建设人才培养需求,本文重点探索经管类专业实践育人工作的目标导向,从内容设置、师资队伍、资金投入、评价体系四个方面分析现阶段实践育人工作存在的主要问题,并提出“明确工作目标、革新教学内容、强化师资力量、提升管理水平、构建保障机制、完善评价体系”等改进路径,以提升实践育人工作成效。

Talents are a vital support for driving rural revitalization and an endless driving force for leading rural development.Under the strategy of“strengthening agriculture with talent,”in order to enhance the practical application capabilities of college students majoring in economics and management,and to meet the talent cultivation needs of rural construction in the new era,this article focuses on exploring the goal-oriented work of cultivating people with practice for students majoring in economics and management.It analyzes the main problems existing in the current work from four aspects:content setting,faculty team,capital investment,and evaluation system.It also proposes improvement paths such as“making clear work objectives,updating teaching content,optimizing faculty quality,improving management,building a safeguard mechanism,and promoting the evaluation system,”aiming to enhance the effectiveness of cultivating people with practice.
