组织力,从名词解释角度来讲,是一个机构组织在保持正常运行、有序开展工作的一种内在合力;从党的组织建设来讲,是党的基层组织实现党的领导坚强有力的具体体现,是基层党组织中一项重要的组织功能。基层党组织在增强党的政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力、社会号召力中处于极端重要位置,必须不断提升组织力,要勤于思考、善于总结、勇于实践、敢于创新,着力保持永恒创造力;要靠学习激发活力、靠团结形成合力、靠干事提供磁力,着力形成坚强凝聚力;要强化战斗意志、培育战斗作风、坚定战斗自信,着力保持顽强战斗力,以强有力的组织力凝聚人心、集聚智慧、汇聚力量,在强国建设、民族复兴的新征程上展现基层党组织的新作为、广大党员的新面貌。
