新时代思想政治教育矛盾转化的依据与应对

The Reasons and Strategies to the Transformation of Contradictions in Ideological and Political Education in the New Era

世界的发展从本质上来讲是新事物不断代替旧事物的过程,促成这一过程的是事物自身、事物与事物之间的矛盾运动,高校思想政治教育的矛盾运动过程亦是如此。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的时空条件下,我们必须首先回答在新时代社会主要矛盾影响下高校思想政治教育矛盾怎样进行新的转化,要从理论与实践两个层面说清楚新时代思想政治教育矛盾的转化并不是主观的、随意的、无目的的,而是具有客观性、必然性和针对性。以此为基础,本文进一步提出从四个方面积极应对新时代思想政治教育矛盾的转化,即坚持对立统一,认识矛盾转化的动力源泉;抓住主要矛盾,把握立德树人的根本任务;厘清次要矛盾,解决思想政治教育过程的具体问题;掌握科学规律,提升化解矛盾的本领能力。

The development of the world is essentially a process in which new things replace old things.What contributes to this process is the contradictions among things themselves,things and things,which is the same as to the contradictions of ideological and political education.Under the influence of the main social contradictions,the first problem is the transformation of contradictions in ideological and political education in the new era of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is necessary to make it clear from the aspects of theory and practice that the transformation of contradictions in ideological and political education in the new era is not subjective,random,or purposeless,but is objective,inevitable,and pertinent.Based on the above,the transformation of contradictions in ideological and political education in the new era can be reacted from the following four aspects,such as the further insistence of the source of power on the unity of opposites for the transformation of contradictions,the grasp of the main contradictions in the morality education,the clarification of the minor contradiction in solving the specific problems in the ideological and political education process,and the mastery of the scientific laws to improve and resolve contradictions.
