新时代背景下外语类高校就业育人工作的实践与探索——以上海外国语大学为例

Practice and Exploration of Employment Education in Foreign Language Colleges in the New Era——A Case Study of Shanghai International Studies University

新时代对高校就业育人工作提出了新要求。为党和国家培养适应社会需求的高校毕业生,服务国家重点行业领域发展是外语类高校的基本职责之一。本文以上海外国语大学就业育人的工作实践为例,深入探讨如何从就业指导和生涯教育的角度培养适应国家发展、社会需要的高层次人才。总体而言,上海外国语大学通过全员参与,以实践行动凝聚育人思想共识;通过全过程贯穿,以特色“季”活动形成育人体系闭环;通过全方位覆盖,以多元载体拓展联动育人资源。

The New Era puts forward new requirements for the career education of colleges and universities.It is one of the basic duties of foreign language colleges and universities to cultivate college graduates which should meet the needs of the society for the party and the country and serve the development of national key industries.This paper takes the work practice of career education in Shanghai International Studies University as an example,and discusses how to cultivate high-level talents to adapt to national development and social needs from the perspective of employment guidance and career education.Overall,Shanghai International Studies University consolidates educational consensus through practical actions and full participation of all staff;Through the entire process,a closed-loop education system is formed through characteristic“seasonal”activities;Expand linkage education resources through comprehensive coverage and diversified carriers.
