从库利“镜中我”理论看辅导员自媒体形象定位

The Positioning of the Counselor’s Self-Media Image from the Perspective of Cooley’s“Looking-glass self”Theory

摘要 大学生是自媒体平台最活跃的用户群体,高校网络思政育人必须利用好自媒体。辅导员作为第一线的思政工作者,非常有必要通过自媒体开展育人工作。但目前辅导员的自媒体形象定位存在诸多问题,如真实性与虚拟性的割裂、职业性与生活性的杂糅、功能性与情感性的模糊等。本文试图使用库利的“镜中我”理论分析和指导辅导员的自媒体形象定位,提出针对性的策略,以期为辅导员的网络育人工作和自我发展路径提供理论参考。 Since college students are the most active users of the self-media platform,colleges and universities must make good use of self-media to conduct ideological and political education.As the front-line ideological and political educators,it is very necessary for counselors to carry out education work through self-media.However,there are many problems in the self-media image positioning of counselors at present,such as the separation of authenticity and virtuality,the mixture of professionalism and life,the ambiguity of functionality and emotion,etc.Based on Cooley’s"looking-glass self"theory to analyze and guide the self-media image orientation of counselors,the targeted strategies are put forward in this paper,hoping to provide theoretical reference for counselors’online education and self-development path.
