高校辅导员“以美育人”的价值意义和具体进路

The Value Meaning and Specific Approach of“Educating People with Aesthetics”for College Counselors

党的十八大以来,党和国家高度重视大学生美育工作,强调通过"以美育人""以文化人"培育"时代新人"。高校辅导员作为大学生成长成才的人生导师和健康成长的知心朋友,肩负着政治领导、思想引导、情感疏导、学习辅导、行为教导、就业指导等使命任务,是高校加强改进美育、落实铺开"以美育人"过程中不可缺失的力量。从价值意义看,高校辅导员的使命完成需要"以美育人"的融入,"以美育人"的目标实现需要高校辅导员参与,"时代新人"的培养塑造需要高校辅导员"以美育人"。从具体进路看,辅导员于主体维度要重视理想美、人格美、言行美的感化感召,于客体维度要重视个体性、多样性、自为性的关怀关照,于本体维度要重视优美、壮美、崇高教育的适时适度,于介体维度要重视艺术、自然、社会美育的互补互助,于环体维度要重视环境、风气、关系的改造营造。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Party and the state have attached great importance to the aesthetic education of college students.College counselors,as life teachers and intimate friends of college students,shoulder the missions of political leadership,ideological guidance,emotion guidance,study guidance,behavior guidance and employment guidance.They are indispensable forces in the process of improving aesthetic education and implementing aesthetic education in colleges and universities.In the sense of value,it is necessary to integrate“aesthetic education”and realize the goal of“aesthetic education”for college counselors to accomplish the mission.The cultivation of“new generation”needs college counselors implement“aesthetic education”.From the perspective of specific approach,counselors should attach importance to the influence of ideal beauty,personality beauty and words and deeds beauty in the subjective dimension,and to the individual,diversity and self-care in the objective dimension.We should attach importance to the proper degree of the beauty,magnificence and noble education in the noumenon dimension.We should attach importance to the complementary and mutual assistance of art,nature and social aesthetic education in the medium dimension.We should attach importance to the transformation and construction of environment,atmosphere and relationship in the environment dimension.
