劳动教育融入大学生日常管理长效机制探析

习近平总书记在全国教育大会上强调要在学生中弘扬劳动精神,教育引导学生崇尚劳动、尊重劳动,懂得劳动最光荣、劳动最崇高、劳动最伟大、劳动最美丽的道理。劳动教育是新时代中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容。高校全面推进劳动教育工作,探索劳动教育融入大学生日常管理的有效路径,可以充分发挥劳动教育在育人体系中的重要作用,从而构建德智体美劳全面培养的人才培养体系。本文将围绕劳动教育展开理论和实践探究,探析劳动教育融入大学生日常管理的长效机制,提出一套系统性、综合性、阶段性的劳动教育体系,在结合新时代大学生成长特点的基础上,对高校更好地开展劳动教育提供具体的对策和方法。

At the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to promote the spirit of work among students,to educate and guide them to advocate and respect work,and to understand that work is the most glorious,the most noble,the greatest and the most beautiful.Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.To comprehensively promote labor education and explore an effective way to integrate labor education into the daily management of college students,we can give full play to the important role of labor education in the education system,so as to construct a talent training system with all-round cultivation of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.This article revolves around the labor education theory and practice to explore and analyze long-term mechanism of labor education in college students'daily life management,put forward a set of systematic,comprehensive and timely labor education system,on the basis of combining with the characteristics of college students'growth in the new era,provide concrete countermeasures and methods for the colleges and universities to better carry out labor education.
