高校校园文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,是思想政治教育工作的有效载体。中国海洋大学水产学科具有浓厚的文化底蕴和传承,坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚守为党育人、为国育才初心使命,落实立德树人根本任务,以强农兴农为己任;以学生发展为中心,努力发掘水产学科文化资源,梳理优秀学科文化元素,发挥学科特色校园文化资源在大学生思想政治教育中的积极作用;打造"水产故事"文化育人品牌,推进学科精神传承与课程教学、价值塑造、能力培养和典型培育相融合,构建水产特色课程思政体系,形成水产特色学科教育品牌,搭建水产特色实践教育平台,强化水产特色榜样作用,不断丰富水产特色学科文化内涵,提升文化育人实效;努力把一流学科优势转化为人才培养优势,不断提升大学生思想政治教育的吸引力和实效性,助力培养新时代国家水产领域领军人物和骨干力量。

University campus culture is an important part of China's advanced socialist culture and an effective carrier of ideological and political education.The fisheries discipline of Ocean University of China(OUC)has a strong cultural heritage and inheritance.Guided by the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the OUC cultivates talents for the Party and the State,persists in fostering virtues and strengthening the peasants.Taking the development of students as the center,we should make great efforts to explore the cultural resources of fisheries discipline,comb out the excellent cultural elements of discipline,and give full play to the positive role of campus cultural resources with discipline characteristics in the ideological and political education of college students.It is necessary to build the cultural education brand of“fisheries story”,promote the integration of discipline spirit inheritance and curriculum teaching,value building,ability training and typical cultivation,build the ideological and political system of fisheries characteristic curriculum,form the education brand of fisheries characteristic discipline,build the practical education platform of fisheries characteristic,strengthen the role of fisheries characteristic model,constantly enrich the cultural connotation of fisheries characteristic discipline,and improve the quality of fisheries.We should strive to transform the advantages of first-class disciplines into the advantages of personnel training,constantly improve the attractiveness and effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students,and help cultivate national leaders and backbone in the field of aquaculture in the new era.
