探究基地化训练模式在高校学生军训中的应用

Exploring the Application of Base Training Mode in Military Training of College Students

自1985年我国进行学生军训试点以来,学生军训经历了从起初的部队训练、校内训练到基地训练等多种训练模式。目前,因实施开展便利,校内军训模式被绝大多数学校采纳,但该模式也存在一定弊端,如军训质量提升成效不明显。未来应采取引领学生走进学生军训基地、对学生进行封闭训练的模式。本文从校内军训的弊端、基地训练的优势以及学生军训基地建设三个方面进行分析并提出相关建议,即充分发挥军队废弃营房的作用,学生军训基地要慎重处理收费问题,招募退役军人组建专业化教官队伍,建立健全科学、完善、权威的训练与考核机制,发挥好全民国防教育的作用。

Since our country conducted the pilot military training for students in 1985,the military training of students has experienced various training modes,from initial military training,internal training,and base training.At present,due to the convenience of implementation and development,the school military training model has been adopted by most schools,but this model also has certain draw backs,the effect of improving the quality of military training is not obvious.The future military training of students should adopt the mode of leading students into the military training base and conducting closed training for students.This article analyzes the disadvantages of military training in the school,the advantages of base training and the construction of student military training bases and makes relevant suggestions.
